    spindle was seized when we received it
    Breakdown evaluation showed it needed replacement shafts front and rear due to spline wear and excessive wear to the taper and bearing journals.
    We manufactured new shafts, assembled the spindle, checked for spline alignment, test ran the spindle at 18,000 rpm, and balanced.
    We have extended the life of these spindles for the customer. The finish on their parts has also improved.
