    One of our aerospace customers sent us this spindle because it had been repaired by another vendor but they were not satisfied with the spindles performance when they installed it. We found  the bearings were installed wrong, and not preloaded.  Loose screws in front cover, loose pulley screws, contaminated grease in bearings.
