This spindle was sent to us by our customer to compare our service to their existing spindle repair company. Our base price was equivalent but our incoming evaluation found that their existing repair company was neglecting to fix several areas of the spindle that will effect its performance and longevity.

We broke down our quote item by item and gave accurate descriptions of the possible results of not addressing each issue. We then reviewed the repair with the manufacturing engineer and the maintenance supervisor and determined the repair plan that fit their performance and expenditure needs.  Our customer is happy that they had all the data they needed to make an informed decision.
