Northland Tool and Electronics is very proud of its warranty policy. For over 30 years we have stood behind and honored our 1-year warranty program. Our one year warranty begins when the spindle is repaired and returned to the customer; however; for spare spindles the 1 year commences when the spindle is put into service and the customer has signed off on our “birthday card” program. NTE supplies a document to the customer; customer signs and returns it to us; we verify and the warranty period begins. Appropriate records of this are kept at our facility. All spare spindle shafts should be turned periodically to prevent damage to the bearings! NTE stands behind its warranty; honors its warranty and is dedicated to 100% customer service and satisfaction.
