Grease injected lubrication

The #2 port for the grease injection of the front bearings was plugged with dried grease. This caused the #1 bearing to receive 2 times more than the recommended lubrication. The #1 bearing eventually failed from heat caused by plowing the grease.

Our customer was concerned that the design flaw in the lubrication system would cause additional spindle failures. We redesigned the spindle and the bearing compliment to eliminate that possibility.
