IBAG HF100E5784 Spindle Repair

We received this Ibag spindle because the customer removed the set screw that held the field in place. By removing the screw and powering it up the field spun causing one of the wires to pull out of the electric block. This customer also plugged the oil drain.

We kiss ground the taper, in addition to our standard repair procedure. We also marked the spindle so the customer would know in the future not to plug the drain as it will fill the spindle with oil eventually causing spindle failure.
