Northland Tool & Electronics was factory trained by Chiron to rebuild their spindles in the United States. Chiron spindles that require repair must be treated with the upmost care and detail as they are pushing the limits on spindle speed, tool change speed and accuracy.

Chiron 2968D
10,000 rpm
Spindle was crashed. The HSK 32 taper and gripper fingers were damaged.
We ground plate ground the taper, replaced the grippers, manufactured a new splash ring, adjusted the preload, balanced, assembled and test ran the spindle.
Chiron 7000
Northland Tool & Electronics has the ability to rebuild most Chiron spindles at a fraction of the cost of new. We were factory trained in Germany by Chiron to rebuild spindles for them in the United States.
