Matsuura Spindle Repair

Matsuura started in 1935 and their primary product was lathes. They added milling machines to their product line in 1957. In 1975 Matsuura started the export their machining centers to the United States. In 1981 Matsuura introduced ultra high speed machining centers and twin-spindle machining centers.
This long history gives Matsuura the advantage of a large installation base in North America. Matsuura is known for its high speed, high output, and high accuracy machines.
Northland Tool & Electronics has been repairing Matsuura spindles since our inception in 1979. Givin our long history in repairing Matsuura spindles we have been able to stay informed of the newest technology they incorporate into Matsuura spindles and in some cases we can improve the already quality design.

Matsuura spindles are engineered to run at the top end of speed and load capacities. This is quite similar to a formula one racing car. Much like the formula one car the Matsuura spindle, if run at the extreme, will need more attention than one of the good old workhorse machines you may own.
