Meet Moe St. Onge

My long spindle career started back in 1985. I was just about ready to graduate from High School and really didn't want to stay employed at the local Burger King forever. It was a great High School job and I still am fond of the hamburger. My friend's father owned Northland Tool, and they where looking for some part time help. I went in to look around and see if this was something I wanted to do. Joel Sletten (Northland's current owner) showed me around the world of spindles. And I have been hooked ever since.

I did leave Northland for ten years and worked for other spindle facilities but I came back to Northland Tool when Joel Sletten purchased it. I have spent a little more than half of my career in the shop repairing spindles. I was the shop supervisor for many years, and fielded many calls with customers who needed a little more information about the repair process of their spindles. So eventually I just moved everything up front into an office and passed the shop baton to the next guy. Yes, I miss the shop and visit it more frequently than my peers would like, but that's where the coffee pot is?

So now my main focus is inside/outside sales and support. I help people with their spindle and machine problems. And try and make the whole spindle repair process a little less stressful for my customers. So give me a call, and we can get through whatever the problem is with your spindle.
