Meet Sandy Smith

I started working for NTE in March of 1992. My main job was quality control of out going printed circuit board spindles. During this period I learned how to breakdown and inspect spindles. I also covered for shipping and receiving when necessary.
After a few years I became the front office receptionist. Here I greeted and spoke with customers. This job helped me to learn the importance of the customer.

In 1994 I became the printed circuit board inside sales person. I was responsible for all sales related to the pc department spindle repairs, rebuilds and parts.

In 2001 the printed circuit board industries came to halt. Almost all board producers in the United States were gone. I then became inside sales for Machine tool spindle repair. Here I have learned about all different types of spindles and processes. I work with customers closely to determine which repair option is best suited for their needs.
