GMN TSAV 160X306 Spindle Repair

This spindle was sent to us by an aerospace company that holds extremely tight tolerances on their finished parts. The front spindle bearings deteriorated to the point that it was affecting part quality. We brought the housing and shaft back to OEM specifications by grind plate grinding the non conforming areas. The spindle was assembled in our clean room and sent through our final QC process. The spindle is now back in the machine making parts as good as new.
