Possible cause of failure:
Customer was complaining of a bad vibration.
Front bearing had coolant sludge in it causing the bearing to fail.
Front housing is egged +5/+18(iso is +/-5).
Front bearing cover is full of coolant sludge.
Stator has been hot due to overloading, failed milli ohms and insulation continuity test.
Clean, inspect overall dimensions.
Balance shaft assembly.
Grind Plate Grind 42mm front housing.
Adjust preload, balance, assemble and break in. Final quality control inspection.
